Maison Laurentine presents this year

Ordinary disaster / permanence of joy

We want to celebrate joy, thoughtfulness, and the fight against destructive enterprises.

From the social catastrophe that is tearing the world apart to the devastating effects of human inconsistency, not to mention the totalitarian temptations that undermine democratic hopes, we have, in theory, every reason to be concerned.

Here, we are invited to face the torments of the moment in the company of those (artists, authors, and visitors) who, united in the same spirit, share both the fragility and the beauty of our human condition.
