Inauguration cocktail party at the Sofitel

On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg celebrated the opening of the exhibition Qui es-tu ? ( Who are you?) with a cocktail party attended by artists, artisans, collectors, partners, and clients of the hotel.

Inspired by Muriel Pénicaud's photograph Qui es-tu, toi qui regardes ? ( Who are you, you who are watching?), the Qui es-tu ? project offers a vibrant artistic reinterpretation through eight unique interpretations. Eight artisans were invited to engage in a dialogue with this image, each through their own materials, techniques, and expertise.

This encounter between a photographic work and various craft practices gave rise to eight original works, revealing the richness of the arts and crafts and the strength of the collective, where individual sensibilities feed into a shared creative endeavor.

On this occasion, we had the pleasure of sampling two creations specially designed by Bar du Faubourg, inspired by the world of the exhibition, extending the artistic experience into the glass.

The exhibition can be viewed in the display windows and at the hotel entrance until March 27.
