Muriel Pénicaud, 2024 winner andOverall Global Winnerof theJulia Margareth CameronInternational Award in the non-professional category with her photograph "Who are you, you who are watching?"

This 23rd edition of the Julia Margaret Cameron Award for Women Photographers was selected by Elizabeth Avedon,Guggenheim Fellow, three-time Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer, and Emmy Award winner. A total of 910 photographers from 63 countries submitted 6,875 photographs for review by the Worldwide Photography Gala Awards pre-selection team and final jury selection. 

This award is open to female photographers from around the world, both professional and amateur, across all genres.
